Identity & organization verification
Every selling company is checked against company register and VAT data before it can publish. Verification confirms who is trading, not what the material does.
Safety
A risk and evidence workflow for reused building material — not a blanket guarantee.

Sellers declare ownership and authority to sell and upload delivery notes, order proof or batch documentation. C-Loop records and reviews the declaration; it does not warrant title.
Condition is graded (new, like new, good, used, damaged) and written into the record both parties agree on. Deviations found at inspection are logged, not hidden.
CE marking, Declaration of Performance, batch or works certificates are reviewed for completeness and plausibility. C-Loop does not re-test material.
Photos and the seller's storage note document how the material was kept, covered and moved on site.
Green, yellow and red tiers drive what is required: buyer inspection, an independent engineer or lab, and written approval by the receiving project.
At agreement, C-Loop generates a structured handover checklist. Both parties confirm it; the completed record is downloadable as evidence for the project file.
C-Loop is the intermediary platform, not the seller. Material is sold between the two companies; C-Loop never takes ownership of the goods.
The seller remains responsible for truthful disclosures, for the accuracy of uploaded documents and for the authority to sell the material.
In B2B trades, warranty and claims allocation is governed by the final contract between buyer and seller. It cannot be described as universally excluded or universally eliminated.
Performance-critical reuse (structural, fire, load-bearing or safety functions) may require an independent engineer or laboratory and explicit approval for the receiving project.
Material with unclear waste status is blocked and held for specialist review before it can be published or handed over.
